Q: Can I rent the hall/pavilion from the Club? Do I need to be a member?
A: You are not required to be a member to rent the hall/pavilion. To rent the hall/pavilion, simply fill out our
Hall/Pavilion Rental Form and mail it into us with payment.
Q: How do I become a member? Where do I get the application for membership?
A: You become a member by going through our application process, as we are a private club. This is our
Membership Application.
Q: What is the "New Application" process?
A: The process for becoming a new member is as follows: You must fill out the current
Membership Application (in it's entirety) and submit it to us
along with payment (membership fee + new application fee). The following steps occur:
- Initial Review and Processing of Payment Funds
- As long as a new membership application is received prior to the start of a regularly scheduled club meeting in any given month with a quorum of the membership present to approve a candidate for membership, the application will be acted upon that month. Otherwise, the application will be readied for the next meeting with a quorum present. Newly elected members must be present at that meeting or a subsequent meeting to receive their first membership card (any exception must be approved by the Board of Governors.) The club meets once a month on the third Wednesday of a month, beginning at 8:00 p.m.
- If any information was omitted from your application, it must be provided PRIOR to approval of membership.
Q: If my payment bounces, how is this handled?
A: The rental/membership/etc. will be suspended until payment is received + any charges we are
assessed by our financial institution.

A: The following are directions (via Yahoo! Maps) from the given locations:
Q: What is the cost of rental?
